Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior LLM Engineer with strong experience in building and training large language models. This role is focused on model development, not just using LLMs in applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, and optimize large-scale transformer-based language models

Lead end-to-end model development including pre-training, fine-tuning, and evaluation

Work on large model architectures (10B+ parameters) and optimize training pipelines

Implement advanced post-training techniques such as RLHF and DPO

Improve model efficiency through compression, distillation, and quantization

Conduct deep performance analysis and benchmarking of LLMs

Work closely with research and engineering teams to productionize models

Optimize GPU utilization and training performance at scale

Stay at the forefront of LLM research and apply state-of-the-art techniques

Required Skills

5+ years in Machine Learning or Deep Learning

Strong experience with LLMs and transformers

Hands-on with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face

Experience in model training and fine-tuning

Good understanding of GPU and large-scale training
