Director of Strategic Marketing
Location: Nashville, TN

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Director of Strategic Marketing to build and execute marketing strategy from the ground up for a growing GPO-focused healthcare division. This is a newly created, high-visibility role ideal for a creator and doer—someone who can design strategy and tactically execute it.
The role is heavily focused on marketing to healthcare facilities and requires a strong executive presence, with regular interaction and presentations to senior leadership. Relocation assistance is available, and the position is incentive-eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Creation:
Develop annual marketing plans from scratch, including landscape assessments, competitive analysis, and SWOT analysis.
Healthcare Market Growth:

Skills & Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: 8–10+ years of experience marketing to healthcare facilities
- Experience must be within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
- MUST HAVE experience marketing to one or more of:
- Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)
- Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACHs)
- Physician Offices
- Proven experience with GPO and/or healthcare supply chain marketing
- Demonstrated ability to build branding and marketing plans from scratch
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications (required)
- Strong writing and presentation skills (PowerPoint-heavy role)
- Advanced experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- (HubSpot and Canva preferred)
- Not a Direct-to-Consumer marketing role
