We are a leading design and architectural firm based in Jeddah, specializing in innovative exterior design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We combine creativity with technical excellence to deliver stunning, functional, and sustainable designs that stand out.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Exterior Designer to join our onsite team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility and technical proficiency in industry-standard software. You will be responsible for creating compelling exterior design concepts, developing detailed drawings, and producing high-quality visualizations that bring architectural visions to life.

• Develop creative exterior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations for client approval.
• Ensure designs align with client briefs, local regulations, and industry best practices.

• Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.

• Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp and Revit.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and walkthrough animations using Lumion.
• Develop high-quality presentation graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for client and stakeholder presentations.

• Work closely with project managers, architects, and other designers to meet project deadlines.

• Participate in site visits to assess conditions and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine designs.

• Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest exterior design trends, materials, and technologies in the KSA market.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in exterior design (portfolio required).
• Software Proficiency (Mandatory):
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Adobe Illustrator
• SketchUp
• Lumion
• Photoshop

• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
