Title: Technical Sourcer (Healthcare AI / HealthTech Startup)

Hourly Pay Rate: $50–$65/hr. (commensurate with experience)

Contract Length: 6+ Months

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to support a high-growth healthcare AI organization building next-generation products across engineering and product teams. This is a fully remote contract role focused on owning top-of-funnel recruiting for highly technical talent.

You will source and pipeline candidates for roles based in San Francisco and New York City, partnering closely with engineering and product leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing and candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial recruiter screens (10–15/week)
• Administer coding/technical assessments prior to engineering handoff
• Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategy and calibration
• Support hiring for Software Engineers (Mid–Staff), Forward-Deployed AI, and Product Managers

Qualifications:

• 3+ years technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean search skills
• Experience sourcing software engineering or AI talent
• Ability to run structured intake screens
• Startup or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
