Are you an ambitious digital creator with a deep passion for personal and spiritual development?
Younity is one of the world’s largest companies offering digital products, in-person events, and experiences in the field of personal and spiritual development. We reach over 5 million people worldwide each year and we’re growing!
Younity is now looking for someone who wants to combine their passion for digital marketing with down-to-earth and practical customer support. The role is fully remote, on a consulting basis, and the time commitment varies monthly between 30-70% and the compensation will be a mix of salary and profit share.
You will help us build our presence and our community in the Norwegian market upon an already well-established global brand.
The Assignment:
- Plan and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Handle customer support with great empathy and professionalism.
- Quality control of translations
- Contribute to campaigns that inspire inner growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our CommYounity.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Have proven experience maintaining and growing social media accounts, preferably on Instagram.
- Are really curious about personal and spiritual development.
- Find it easy to understand complex systems and structures.
- Are familiar with AI tools for content creation, for example, and view them as a natural part of the job.
- Are a self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
- Enjoys working independently.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken)
- Fluent in English
