About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered tools and a scalable AI Agents platform that supports the needs of game engineering, game art creation, game production, and general administration teams.

This role sits at the intersection of game development, applied AI, and platform thinking. You will collaborate with product owners from game teams to translate real-world studio workflows into impactful AI products, guide cross‑functional teams through discovery and delivery, and ensure that our AI initiatives deliver measurable productivity, quality, and creative gains across the studio.

You will work closely with R&D engineers, game engineering teams, artists, producers, and leadership to drive AI products from concept to production at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, product definitions and roadmap for AI-related tools and the AI Agents Platform, aligned with R&D strategic goals.
• Deeply understand the workflows, pain points, and success metrics from product owners representing game engineering, art creation, production and G&A teams.
• Collaborate with product owners from engineering, art, production, and G&A teams to ensure AI solutions from R&D achieve high impact.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Balance near‑term productivity wins with long‑term platform capabilities and technical scalability.
• Champion a platform mindset that enables reuse, extensibility, governance, and safe adoption of AI across teams.
• Conduct user interviews and validate assumptions through prototypes and pilots.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, development, rollout, and iteration.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Work closely with engineering leads to scope releases, manage dependencies, and make trade‑offs.
• Work closely with ML engineers, software developers, and UX designers to deliver high-quality AI products.
• Ensure AI products are production‑ready, reliable, and maintainable, not just experimental.

• Communicate product direction, progress, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Build alignment across teams with different priorities and levels of AI maturity.
• Define and track success metrics for AI tools and AI Agents platform (e.g., adoption, impact, and ROI).
• Use data and qualitative feedback to continuously improve products and inform roadmap decisions.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience shipping complex technical products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially applied AI, LLMs, Generative AI, agents, and automation (hands‑on coding not required).
• Experience working with engineering‑heavy teams and translating technical constraints into product decisions.
• Proven ability to drive products from early discovery through production deployment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong user‑centric mindset with the ability to deeply understand creative and technical workflows.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with game development pipelines and workflows.
• Prior work on platform products, developer tools, or internal tooling.
• Familiarity with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or workflow automation systems.
• Familiarity with using JIRA as a project management tool to work with engineering and UX teams.
• Experience operating in R&D or innovation‑driven environments with high ambiguity.
• Understanding of AI governance, safety, and responsible deployment in a production setting.
