InDev is seeking Senior Open-Source Intelligence Analysts to support our federal law enforcement client. This role focuses on supporting mission-focused analytical operations by conducting advanced research and analysis to develop enforcement leads and intelligence products. The analyst will research, analyze, and synthesize information from commercial investigative databases, law‑enforcement systems, and open‑source information to identify individuals of interest and develop lead packages in support of enforcement operations.
Staffing for this role may include supporting operational coverage (e.g., day shift/swing shift/night shift) during evenings, weekends, holidays, or night shifts depending on mission requirements.
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience working with investigative or intelligence data, and the ability to clearly communicate findings through reports and visualizations.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze information from commercial investigative databases, law‑enforcement systems, and open‑source sources including social media.
- Compile lead development packages containing identifiers, addresses, associates, vehicles, financial indicators, and other relevant intelligence.
- Perform OSINT analysis and research using investigative tools and other databases.
- Produce analytical reports that summarize findings and support enforcement and investigative activities.
- Conduct Quality Assurance and Control of reports before submission.
QUALIFICATIONS
- U.S. Citizen; Active Top-Secret Clearance or DHS Public Trust Clearance.
- 4+ years of experience supporting immigration enforcement, border security, intelligence analysis, military intelligence, or law‑enforcement analytical operations.
- Experience supervising teams screening, prioritizing, and developing investigative leads based on operational priorities and enforcement risk tiers.
- Ability to dynamically reprioritize analytical tasks and investigative leads based on evolving operational direction and mission requirements.
- Skilled in identifying key targeting indicators, subject identifiers, and officer safety considerations through investigative data analysis.
- Skilled in conducting associate and network analysis to identify subject locations, affiliations, and changes in identifiers.
- Experience supporting high-tempo investigative operations with the ability to meet defined lead development and enhancement timelines.
- Skilled in monitoring analytical workload and performance against operational completion thresholds or performance metrics.
- Experience with automated systems used for assignment, tracking, and management of investigative leads or cases.
- Skilled in preparing analytical summaries or intelligence updates to support coordination and information sharing with field offices and headquarters.
