We focus on delivering measurable results by creating visuals that resonate with target audiences, from CMOs to CFOs, and support our clients' growth objectives. Our team is committed to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, making us a trusted partner for brands seeking to elevate their marketing efforts through data-driven creative strategies.

About The Role

We are seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting performance-driven visual content across multiple digital channels including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your designs will be pivotal in capturing attention, encouraging engagement, and driving tangible business results. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to experiment with new ideas, refine their skills, and work in a fast-paced environment where creative output directly impacts client success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—media, content, and client teams—to develop and implement innovative assets such as static ads, landing pages, motion graphics, and short-form videos. Your work will be backed by data insights, A/B testing, and user research, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement of campaign performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an agency setting with enterprise brands.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, specifically with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics and video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience with motion graphics tools such as After Effects
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, A/B testing, heat-mapping, and CRO analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Knowledge of platform specifications and best practices for social media advertising
  • Interest in industry trends, emerging technologies, and how AI can enhance creative and operational processes

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling static assets such as ad sets and landing pages that are optimized for performance and backed by data insights
  • Create motion graphics and short-form videos tailored for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units, ensuring adherence to platform-specific aspect ratios and attention spans
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with audience insights and campaign objectives
  • Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting creatively for different audience segments and platforms
  • Support the creation and execution of A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazy Egg
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat-mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Iterate and refine designs based on testing outcomes, data insights, and stakeholder feedback
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates and ensuring timely delivery
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design

Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary range of $70,000–$80,000 USD, based in Canada
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and dependents, with employer-paid coverage for the employee and partial contribution for dependents
  • Wellness benefits including mental health support via Spring Health and Headspace, physical therapy through Omada, fertility support, and virtual workouts through Aaptiv
  • Paid time off including unlimited PTO (minimum two weeks), paid holidays, your birthday off, and end-of-year recharge period
  • Paid parental leave to support work-life balance
  • Financial benefits including traditional and Roth 401(k) plans with a 3% company match
  • Annual performance bonuses that scale with tenure
  • Remote-first work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US or from our offices in Irvine, California; global opportunities available in Canada, UK, and Australia where applicable
