We're looking for application security professionals who understand how software actually breaks in production — and can translate that knowledge into structured, high-quality reasoning that helps AI systems learn to assess, prioritize, and remediate risk.

- Analyze realistic application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, and system behavior
- Classify vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, access control issues, and business logic bugs
- Evaluate secure coding practices and assess the quality of proposed remediation strategies
- Create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI how to think accurately about application risk
- Distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical or low-impact findings with clear, structured written reasoning
