AI-Powered Unity Engineer

We’re looking for an AI-Powered Unity Engineer who is obsessed with efficiency. You’ll be working on a massive Unity codebase that powers one of the world’s most popular mobile games.

In addition to market leading tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc., we've developed a powerful ecosystem of custom AI solutions and internal infrastructure. You won't just use them, but actively build and evolve them through creating smarter automation, refining workflows and developing tools that multiply the entire team's impact. 

• Go beyond off-the-shelf tools like Cursor and Claude Code to actively develop, maintain, and scale custom internal AI infrastructure designed to multiply team impact and accelerate delivery.
• Build and configure AI infrastructure to be able to write new game features from scratch and release it to production with your minimal involvement in coding.
• Drive feature development from initial concept to global production.
• Keep the game lean by managing mobile performance and rendering constraints.
• Act as the bridge between Art, Design, and RnD Teams, sharing your prompt engineering best practices and knowledge to help the whole team code smarter, not harder.

• Hands-on experience in integrating AI tools into your development process - know how to use AI not just to write code, but to accelerate your learning of new systems and framework.
• You are an initiative and proactive fast learner who thrives in a "growth-first" environment.

• Proven history of shipping production-level software. Understanding how parts of a system fit together and how to keep them from breaking under load.
• Your Unity experience can be professional or passion-driven; you don't need to be a veteran specialist, but you must have hands-on experience with the engine - whether through pet projects, game jams, or side hustles, so you know the basics and are eager to master the rest.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles, enabling you to write clean, scalable code in any environment or language.
• Demonstrated commitment to code quality, stability, and scalability.
• Strong English communication skills to be able to discuss technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with the team.
