The Role We need a Senior AI Workflow Architect who has already built and shipped Claude agent pipelines in the real world — not in demos, not in tutorials, in production. You will own technical delivery: scoping client stacks, designing end-to-end agent workflows, integrating Claude Code and Cowork into live CI/CD pipelines, and building the reusable infrastructure that becomes Farmer Sam LLC's core technical IP.

What You'll Build → End-to-end Claude agent pipelines tailored to each client's stack and constraints → Claude Code and Cowork integrations inside live CI/CD toolchains → Reusable workflow templates that define our delivery standard → Production systems that measurably lift team output — we track and prove ROI

What We Require → Proven production experience with Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and agentic system design — GitHub or portfolio links required, no exceptions → Ability to assess and operate inside any client stack quickly, without framework dependency → Technical credibility in front of senior engineers and engineering leadership → US-based, US business hours (Pacific or Eastern preferred)

Engagement Details → $100–$145/hr, based on demonstrated production work → 15–25 hrs/month to start, scaling with engagements → Part-time contract, 100% remote → US-based only
