Fam is India’s first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 million+ young users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

Design is at the core of everything we do. We’re building more than just a product—we’re creating an experience that truly connects. We’re looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about great design, balances aesthetics with usability, and has proven experience delivering successful consumer apps in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

In the Job

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams
• Problem-Solving: Approach challenges from first principles and love digging into user research
• Get hands dirty: Craft them pixels on Figma
• Scale design systems: Strategise, develop, and expand Fam’s design systems
• Design obsession and advocacy: Balance functionality with aesthetics, and always push the envelope in the org being a design advocate
• Always updated: Stay ahead of the curve on design trends, helping us elevate Fam’s design game
  
  
  

Must-haves (Min. Qualifications)

• Expertise: 3+ years in crafting B2C mobile apps
• Team Player: Experience working with a team of product designers
• End-to-End Ownership: From research to launch to analytics, you’ve done it all
• Portfolio: Strong UX and interaction design showcase
• Vibe: A GenZ mindset, always in sync with the latest trends - be it design or memes
• AI-Native Mindset: Actively leverages AI in day-to-day workflows — from ideation to execution — and is familiar with tools beyond just GPT/Claude
• And obviously you should know how to use Figma and some prototyping tools
