2. About the Opportunity:
The Manager, Professional Services will lead the Americas West services delivery and post-sales deployment programs. This role involves managing a team of technical consultants and project managers to ensure customer-focused execution while improving the scalability, efficiency, and profitability of cloud security solutions. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services AMS, this US-based remote position plays a key role in driving service excellence and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a technical team responsible for solution deployments and support in the Americas West region
• Manage hiring, onboarding, development, and performance of team members to ensure quality delivery
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support for successful deployments
• Engage in long-term planning and strategic decision-making with global partners and leadership

• Improve operational processes, tools, and KPI management to increase automation and reduce manual work
4. Requirements:
• 5+ years in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software or SaaS
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing delivery teams in a high-growth environment
• Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven leadership development and organizational strategy execution skills
• Technical knowledge of network technologies, VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security protocols
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base pay range for this full-time position is $140,000 to $200,000 USD, excluding commission, bonuses, equity, and benefits
• Salary varies based on role, level, skills, experience, and education
