We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, optimize, and secure our database systems. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly technical, and experienced in maintaining high-performance, scalable database environments.
🎯 What You’ll Do- Install, configure, and maintain database systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning/optimization strategies
- Ensure database security, backup, and recovery processes are robust and reliable
- Manage data integrity, availability, and scalability
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams on database design and architecture
- Implement automation for routine database tasks
- Support data migration, integration, and system upgrades
- Maintain documentation and best practices

- 3–10+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
- Solid understanding of database performance tuning and query optimization
- Experience with backup/recovery, replication, and high availability setups
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS RDS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
- Knowledge of security best practices and data protection
