The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Data Analyst to help us gain a clearer understanding of our business performance. You will own the lifecycle of marketing data—from pulling and organizing to analyzing and visualizing—across our core platforms. Your mission is to build streamlined dashboards and automated reporting systems that support high-stakes decision-making for a small, fast-moving team.

This role is ideal for a marketing analytics professional who obsesses over data cleanliness, process improvement, and task automation. If you enjoy leveraging tools to improve efficiency and turning raw numbers into actionable narratives, we want you on our team.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Data Extraction: Pull daily, weekly, and monthly data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
• Data Hygiene: Clean and organize existing reports to prepare them for centralized dashboarding and ensure data quality across all pipelines.
• Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets and Looker Studio for core marketing KPIs, revenue trends, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
• Performance Monitoring: Maintain reporting for paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and organic channels to track real-time health.
• Process Automation: Use tools like Zapier or Make to automate reporting workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Documentation: Document data sources, definitions, and reporting processes to build out a robust internal library of SOPs.
• Insight Generation: Investigate anomalies and dig deeper into data to provide proactive insights without being prompted.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a marketing data analyst, digital analyst, or similar performance-focused role.
• Platform Expertise: Strong experience pulling and analyzing data from Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Email Marketing Platforms (Klaviyo strongly preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts, formulas) and building dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
• Marketing Fluency: Deep understanding of marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and funnel metrics.
• Attribution Knowledge: Understanding of multi-touch attribution concepts or experience with attribution modeling.

• Tool Familiarity: Experience with data connector tools like Supermetrics, Funnel.io, or similar platforms.
• Mindset: Proactive, curious, and resourceful with a high commitment to data accuracy and the ability to work independently.

Bonus Points if:

• You have light SQL or database querying skills.
• You are familiar with A/B testing methodology and analysis (lift, statistical significance).
• You have experience documenting complex reporting definitions and SOPs.
• You are familiar with consumer digital brands, specifically in the parenting space.
• You have experience leveraging GenAI tools to improve data processing efficiency.

Salary Range: $7.50 to $9.80/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
