About The Role

We're partnering with leading AI research labs to capture something genuinely hard: how a large language model should reason through complex, real-world tasks — step by step. That means planning, tool use, decision-making, and recovery from error. Done well, this data becomes the backbone of more reliable, capable AI.
We're looking for senior ML engineers who can author and architect these reasoning traces with the depth and precision that cutting-edge model training demands.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — 10 to 40 hours per week, on your schedule.

- Strong written communicator who can translate technical thinking into structured, readable formats
