We’re looking for a highly experienced, versatile and passionate Technical Artist to join our growing team. As a Technical Artist, you’ll work closely with our game design and development team to shape our production pipeline while creating innovative playable ads (responsive mini-games) that reach millions of users worldwide. 

• Animate and integrate 2D/3D assets and visual effects into playable ads, ensuring they are both beautiful and performant.
• Build game mechanics and levels, focusing on the "juice" polish, feel, and visual feedback.
• Design and optimize workflows for exporting assets from creative tools (Photoshop, Blender) into the playable pipeline.
• Implement advanced optimization techniques (texture packing, draw call reduction, asset compression) to keep playables under strict 2MB–5MB limits.

• Proven experience creating animations for mobile games, UI animations, visual effects and character animations.
• Experience working with media creation tools such as Adobe photoshop, After Effects and Blender.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (assets generation, code assistance, or automation) to accelerate the creative pipeline.
• Passion for solving problems.

• Self-organized, proactive and self-taught.
• Strong ownership of tasks and ability to work independently.
• Enthusiastic about new technologies, mobile in particular.

• Experience working in a web development environment (Node.js, Pixi.js, Three.js)
• Experience animating with on of: DoTween, Tween.js, GSAP
• Experience writing GLSL or working with custom shaders for web-based visual effects.
