AI Automation Specialist

100% Remote or Berlin | Media-Tech Scale-up | High Ownership

We’re hiring someone to own and drive AI automation across a fast-growing, listed Media-Tech company.

The focus is not on heavy engineering, but on building smart workflows and automating processes across Sales, Ops and Marketing using tools like Make/n8n and LLMs.

What you’ll do:

• Build AI-powered workflows across Sales, Operations and Marketing
• Connect tools like CRM, Slack, email, internal systems
• Use LLMs (OpenAI / Claude) to automate tasks and improve processes
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities and implement them end-to-end
• Work closely with CEO / Chief of Staff on high-priority topics
• Own the automation roadmap across the company

Your work will actually be used – not just concepts or experiments.

What you should bring:

• Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier or similar tools
• Hands-on with AI tools / LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript or similar) are a plus
• Understanding of business processes (Sales, Ops, Marketing)
• A builder mindset – you like to test, iterate and improve things

You don’t need to be a senior engineer.

Even ~1+ year experience can be enough if you’ve built real workflows. But you will spearhead automation across the entire company and lead it.
