About the Role
We’re a growing US-based Company looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts.
This role is not about vanity metrics or brand awareness. We are looking for someone who has proven experience generating high-quality leads through paid channels and can demonstrate real results.
If you’ve successfully run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and funnel-driven campaigns that consistently drive inbound leads, we want to talk.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Driving consistent, qualified leads for MSP services
- Managing and optimizing paid search (PPC) and SEO strategies focused on lead generation
- Building, managing, and optimizing funnels using ClickFunnels
- A/B testing ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve CPL and conversion rates
- Monitoring performance metrics and continuously improving results
- Reporting on campaign performance with a strong focus on ROI and lead volume
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Paid Media Specialist
- Demonstrated success driving high volumes of inbound leads
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads (campaign structure, creative testing, scaling)
- Google Ads (search-focused, lead-driven campaigns)
- SEO with a focus on lead acquisition, not just traffic
- ClickFunnels or similar funnel-building tools
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize based on performance
- Comfortable working independently and owning results end-to-end
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing for:
- B2B services
- SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead routing
