About the Role
This is a fully remote UNPAID internship role for a Game Narrative Designer Intern for a Diablo inspired Top-Down Action RPG with deep combat mechanics and a stylized art style, help bring our game world to life through storytelling and character development. You’ll work closely with our team of developers and designers to craft engaging dialogue, side quests, and lore-rich interactions.
You’ll be provided with access to the Game Design Document (GDD), a Miro board for the outline of the story and a set of character assets (images and descriptions). Based on these, you’ll conceptualize NPC personalities, design side quest narratives, and write immersive dialogue for both side content and the main storyline.

- NPCs: Finalize characters and bios based on existing art and lore.
- Quests: Build out and finalize the quest flow from our Miro board and Gdd.
- Writing: Finalize all dialogue and interactions.
- Consistency: Ensure the narrative tone stays consistent across the world.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing Narrative Design skills.
- Able to properly communicate in English
- Able to work fine with Gdd, miro-board and images
- Willing to sign a rev-share based contract
- Work for at least 10 hours weekly
