Overview
Trava Health began with a simple goal: make high-quality care more affordable and accessible. Early on, the focus was primarily on delivering strong products at a better price point - but the company quickly evolved. One of our founders took every piece of customer feedback (especially negative experiences) to heart. Instead of accepting gaps in support, he stepped in to resolve issues one by one, setting a new standard for how we care for patients. That mindset became embedded in our culture. Today, patient experience drives our decisions at every level.
We don’t just say we care - we demonstrate it through responsiveness, accountability, and a willingness to go above and beyond when it matters most. The result is a level of support that’s intentional, human, and built to earn trust over time.
We’re looking for a Junior Designer with an educational background in drawing fundamentals who is eager to learn how to translate strategy into high-performing, customer-facing experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth - where you will learn how to own design decisions that directly impact conversion, engagement, and overall business performance.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where speed matters, but not at the expense of quality. The ideal candidate is highly coachable, adaptable, inquisitive, and is eager to learn.
