This role sits at the center of marketing execution, systems optimization, and campaign performance within a fast-paced, global B2B environment focused on HR solutions. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns are accurately built, executed, and optimized across platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, improving lead flow processes, and enabling efficient campaign automation that directly supports demand generation efforts. This position requires a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and enhance marketing workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution and alignment on campaign goals. In addition, you will monitor performance metrics and help identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven and continuously evolving marketing operations environment.

Accountabilities

  • Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-enabled marketing platforms.
  • Manage audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems by overseeing list uploads, lead routing, and platform integrations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support demand generation initiatives through targeted landing pages, offers, and automated workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies in marketing operations and proactively implement process improvements to increase scalability and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to support campaign execution and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, including campaign execution and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and campaign lifecycle processes.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana to manage priorities and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
