Growth Marketing Specialist | Global B2B Learning Solutions
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role based in Egypt. The Growth Marketing Specialist will play a key role in strengthening LIFO’s global demand engine by increasing awareness, generating qualified leads, and improving funnel performance across campaigns, content, landing pages, webinars, and events.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will help drive full-funnel marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email, thought leadership content, lead capture pages, and digital campaigns, while working closely with internal teams and external partners across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives that support awareness, lead generation, and conversion
- Manage and optimize content and campaign performance across LinkedIn, email, articles, landing pages, and webinars
- Support webinar and event marketing to drive registrations and qualified follow-up
- Track marketing performance and turn insights into clear recommendations and action
- Help improve audience targeting, messaging, funnel discipline, and campaign consistency
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align messaging and campaign priorities
- Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, analysis, and workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or related fields
- Proven experience managing full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion
- Strong understanding of content marketing, B2B lead generation, and campaign optimization
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
- Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
- Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional, and remote environment
- AI literacy and confidence using AI tools to improve marketing execution, productivity, and decision-making
