Job Title: Chief People Officer (CPO)

Location: Fully Remote

Role Summary:

The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a visionary leader responsible for the overall people strategy and organizational health. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring that the company’s talent, culture, and operational systems align with its long-term growth and scaling objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and oversee high-level recruitment systems that identify and attract top-tier candidates across diverse business sectors.
  • Organizational Scaling: Build the architectural "bridge" between the company’s vision and a community that runs itself through sustainable, automated systems and clear pathways for advancement.
  • Culture & Personal Branding: Cultivate a magnetic organizational culture that reflects the company’s values, ensuring every team member feels aligned with the brand's identity and mission.
  • Performance Management & Assessment: Implement robust evaluation frameworks—such as scoring logic and competency assessments—to ensure high performance and strategic placement of human capital.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor departmental leads and design professional development programs to foster a high-frequency, growth-oriented mindset within the workforce.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline internal HR operations, including compensation structures, benefits, and compliance, while maintaining a focus on employee "glow up" and professional satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Business Consulting, with a proven track record of scaling organizations.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of network organizational structures, lead generation strategies, and modern candidate assessment tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use data-driven insights to guide talent decisions.
  • Mindset: A strategic, visionary thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and values personal growth and ritualized excellence.
