A growing, analytics-driven company is looking for a Data Scientist / ML Specialist to help build advanced data products and shape the future of its technical capabilities. This role offers a flexible hybrid setup, combining remote and office-based work. This position focuses on model development, data analysis, and delivering high-impact features, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Role Overview

You’ll be working on developing models and exploring data. The role also involves collaborating with developers and stakeholders to influence technical decisions and expand business capabilities through data.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy machine learning models

Conduct domain research and data analysis

Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights

Collaborate with developers and consultants on new initiatives

Contribute to technical direction and architectural decisions

Develop new features and analytics capabilities

Requirements

Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL

Solid foundation in statistics and machine learning concepts

Experience working with data visualization tools and techniques

Ability to write clean, high-quality code independently or within a team

Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed environment

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
