About the company:

A fast-growing, performance-driven technology company is currently seeking a Data Analyst to support an upcoming Information Technology Support Services project. This is a remote role with approximately 5–20% travel requirements. This position involves supporting large-scale operations through data analysis, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization, contributing to mission-critical initiatives.


Role Overview

The Data Analyst/Scientist will provide distributed analytical support across operations, working with both remote and on-site teams. The role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, supporting decision-making and operational readiness.


Key Responsibilities

Perform data collection, cleaning, transformation, and analysis

Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques

Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI

Deliver insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional and on-site teams

Stay current with emerging data technologies and methodologies


Requirements

Strong understanding of statistics, data methodologies, and business operations

Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Excel

Experience with data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning

Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

Knowledge of hypothesis testing, regression, and time series analysis

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Master’s degree in a related field (preferred not required)

Certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAS


Additional Requirements

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain required security clearance

Willingness to travel as needed
