Comfortable in regulated, high-availability environments

Solid knowledge of DB2 (LUW and/or z/OS):
Schema understanding
Performance tuning
Backup, recovery, and capacity considerations
Expertise in at least one of IBM CM, FileNet, Documentum products
Expertise in Linux OS
Expertise with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) in clustered environments
Proven track record of complex issue resolution
Nice to have
Experience with IBM Content Navigator
Understanding of event-driven and asynchronous patterns

Bash Scripting
Production support experience:
