JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support and coordinate projects across business and IT teams in a global, remote environment.Â
This role focuses on day-to-day project execution, communication, and coordination. You will work closely with both stakeholders and technical teams to keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward.Â
This is a fully remote role open to global candidates. However, you must be able to work full-time during Japan business hours.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead day-to-day project coordination across business, IT, and development teams Â
- Manage timelines, priorities, and task tracking Â
- Support Agile/Scrum processes such as sprint planning and progress tracking Â
- Identify issues early and escalate when needed Â
- Facilitate clear communication between Japanese and global stakeholdersÂ
- Help ensure tasks and requirements are clearly defined and actionableÂ

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bilingual Japanese and English (professional)Â
- 3-6 years in project management, delivery, or IT-related rolesÂ
- Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical/development teams Â
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum in real project environments Â
- Strong communication and coordination skills Â
- Comfortable working in a structured but sometimes evolving environment Â
- Able to take ownership of assigned areas while collaborating with the team
