Accountabilities
- Lead the transformation of the design organization into an AI-native practice, defining how human judgment and AI capabilities complement each other across the product lifecycle
- Establish and uphold a high bar for design quality, ensuring experiences are coherent, trustworthy, and emotionally engaging at scale
- Build and evolve an AI-enabled design system, including reusable components, patterns, and workflows that extend design quality beyond the design team
- Manage, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary design organization, elevating team capability, AI fluency, and execution standards
- Drive experience strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, Content, and ML teams to ensure cohesive, outcome-driven solutions
- Embed user research and behavioral insights into design decision-making through continuous feedback loops and data-driven discovery
- Define and operationalize system-level design practices that increase velocity without compromising quality or usability

- 10+ years of experience in product design, experience design, or design leadership roles within complex digital products
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated design craft, systems thinking, and user-centered experience design
- Experience building and scaling design systems across multiple products or platforms
- Deep collaboration experience with Product and Engineering teams to deliver impactful user-facing experiences
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools or workflows into design processes to improve speed, insight, or consistency
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to balance human-centered design principles with AI-driven opportunities
