ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll own the technical relationship with company's most important clients from pilot through to full adoption. The Solutions Engineering team builds custom products and integrations to maximize the impact of simulations for our clients. You will understand what the company has built and what the client needs, and you will develop and upgrade systems to close the gap between the two.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the technical relationship with enterprise and government clients end-to-end, from pilot through full adoption.

• Build custom technical solutions, integrations, and workflows that embed company's technology into complex client environments.
• Work directly with technical leadership — CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or equivalent — to leverage companny's technology to solve hard strategic and technical questions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations across complex environments.

YOU MAY BE A FIT IF

• You have 3+ years in a technical role, ideally in a client-facing or forward deployed capacity.
• You have a strong software engineering background and are comfortable with Python, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms — and can pick up unfamiliar technologies fast.
• You have a track record building custom technical solutions for complex enterprise or government environments.

STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO

• Have experience in a forward deployed engineering role at a high-growth technology company.
• Have exposure to AI/ML systems or experience integrating AI into enterprise or government environments.

LOCATION

This role is based in New York City. This is an in-person company and during this exciting period of hypergrowth, we work 6 days a week in office. Candidates are expected to be located within the New York City metropolitan area or open to relocation.
