Job Description
We’re partnering with an established, national marketing agency to identify Paid Media Managers who enjoys owning performance, leading people, and working across high-impact digital campaigns.
This role sits at the center of strategy and execution, overseeing integrated campaigns across search, social, and programmatic, while staying hands-on in platforms like Google Ads and Meta. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams, lead a small team, and play a key role in delivering measurable results for well-known brands.
Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite in Queens, NY)
*Relocation support available for candidates open to moving to the area
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, YouTube) and paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic, ensuring alignment with client goals
- Stay close to the work, diving into platforms to drive performance, identify opportunities, and solve problems in real time
- Manage and mentor a team of 1–2 digital buyers/strategists, supporting their growth and development
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed business objectives
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and global counterparts to align on broader media strategy
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and stronger results
- Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices across digital marketing

What You Bring

- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360 (including Shopping and YouTube)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager)
- Proven track record of executing, optimizing, and scaling SEM and paid social campaigns
- Experience across multiple digital channels (search, social, display, programmatic)
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience leading or mentoring others
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build credibility and trust
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and performance metrics
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Total compensation based on education, experience, and skills level ($65,000-$130,000)
