This role is not about external client delivery; it is about supporting the internal "people" side of the business by managing projects that optimize how the firm uses Workday and other talent platforms. • Lead the planning and execution of medium to complex HR technology projects, focusing on Workday HCM, Performance, and Benefits.
• Develop project plans and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) using Smartsheet.
• Facilitate weekly project team meetings and provide status reports to leadership every Friday.
• Partner with HR business partners to translate functional requirements into structured project milestones.
• Manage project intake and ensure all decisions are highly visible to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience within the HR domain (Talent, Payroll, Benefits, or HRIS).

• Proficiency in Smartsheet and ServiceNow.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with change management and socializing system updates to users.
