This is a senior, client-facing role for an experienced Odoo professional who can own the full customer journey — from first conversation and solution design through to implementation and long-term support.

The Platform you'll specialise in: 🔹 Odoo — Fully Integrated ERP Suite covering CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Project Management, and E-Commerce

What you'll be doing: 🔹 Leading pre-sales engagements across SMB, commercial, and enterprise customers in Qatar — demos, discovery sessions, and solution mapping 🔹 Translating complex business requirements into tailored Odoo-powered solutions 🔹 Owning end-to-end Odoo implementations — from scoping and configuration through to go-live 🔹 Working closely with Odoo's technical team to ensure immaculate implementation and full customer support pre and post-sale 🔹 Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships 🔹 Mentoring junior team members as the practice grows 🔹 Using AI tools to accelerate delivery, documentation, and customer engagement

What we're looking for: ✅ 4+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation and functional consulting experience ✅ Proven track record of delivering full Odoo implementations end-to-end ✅ Deep understanding of core business processes — accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, and project management ✅ Odoo Functional Certification (Odoo SA) — mandatory ✅ Strong pre-sales skills — confident running discovery sessions and product demonstrations ✅ Confident communicator with both C-level executives and technical teams ✅ Cloud-aware — familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-hosted ERP deployments ✅ AI-fluent — uses AI tools practically as part of daily workflow ✅ Immediately available or short notice period strongly preferred

Certifications: 🔴 Odoo Functional Certification (Odoo SA) — mandatory ⭐ Odoo Technical Certification — strong advantage ⭐ Any additional ERP certification (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) ⭐ CompTIA Cloud+
