A fast-growing AI platform focused on transforming financial services through intelligent, production-ready systems is hiring for a Head of AI Product. The business builds and scales AI-driven products that support better decision-making, improved client outcomes, and more efficient operations across financial institutions.

One of their key focus areas is a workplace-focused product - an AI-powered financial assistant designed to help employees navigate financial decisions and benefits, while also supporting advisor engagement and growth. They are now hiring a Head of AI Product to lead the vision and delivery of this platform, owning everything from architecture through to production and working closely with engineering and AI teams to scale a high-impact product.

What you will do:

• Take end-to-end ownership of launching new products and features, applying a rigorous and detail-oriented testing approach.
• Lead and collaborate with engineering and LLM teams across platform development, AI systems, and production infrastructure.
• Shape and prioritize technical roadmaps, including model strategy, platform architecture, and scalability.

• Set and uphold high standards for engineering and AI quality, covering evaluation, testing, monitoring, and system reliability.
• Ensure all systems meet enterprise-grade requirements for security, compliance, auditability, and data segmentation.
• Serve as a technical leader across the organization, elevating execution standards and guiding key decisions.

What you will bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering reliable AI systems in real-world environments.
• Experience leading and influencing senior engineers and AI/LLM specialists.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, including failure modes, hallucination mitigation, and evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to own and drive product roadmaps from inception through to production.
• Decisive, high-quality decision-making skills-leveraging data effectively without becoming dependent on it.
• Ability to balance long-term planning with short-term delivery in fast-changing environments.
• Resilience and adaptability; experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
