AI Product Manager, Internal Enablement (Google & Anthropic)

Role Overview

• Contract: 6 months (high chance of renewal).
• Location: Remote (Latin American based candidates only)
• Working Hours: US Central Time
• English Level: B2+ or C1

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to serve as the lead architect for our internal AI transformation. Instead of building products for customers, you will be "productizing" AI for our employees. Your mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities—specifically within the Google ecosystem and Anthropic’s Claude—and the practical, day-to-day workflows of our global teams.

You will act as an internal consultant, educator, and strategist, ensuring our teams are empowered to use AI safely, effectively, and innovatively.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal AI Consulting: Partner with various business units (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing) to identify "high-friction" workflows and design AI-driven solutions using the Google suite and Claude.

• Enablement Strategy: Develop and manage an internal AI roadmap that prioritizes the rollout of new tools, features, and best practices.
• Curriculum & Education: Design and lead workshops, "prompt engineering" bootcamps, and certification programs tailored to different skill levels across the company.
• Ecosystem Management: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Gemini (Workspace & Vertex AI) and Claude, advising teams on which model to use for specific professional tasks.
• IT Ops Synergy (The Bonus): Consult with our IT Operations team to apply AI innovation to internal infrastructure—optimizing ticket routing, automating system monitoring, and streamlining internal tech support.
• Governance & Safety: Work with Security and Legal to create "Golden Rules" for internal AI use, ensuring data privacy while encouraging experimentation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Consulting, or Digital Transformation, with a heavy focus on AI adoption.
• Google Suite Power User: Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace and how to leverage Gemini across Docs, Sheets, and Slides to automate business processes.
• Claude Specialist: Deep understanding of Claude’s unique strengths (e.g., its "constitutional AI" framework, long context windows, and superior writing tone) and how to apply them to internal comms or data analysis.
• Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex "AI-speak" into simple, actionable advice for non-technical staff.

Preferred "Bonus" Skills

• IT Ops & Automation: A background in improving internal IT workflows through automation or AIOps.
