This role is responsible for driving the adoption of code-first test automation and continuous integration and deployment practices. The position significantly contributes to the reliability and performance of the company’s software products by overseeing the integration of modern technologies and fostering engineering leadership.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead distributed quality engineering teams
• Implement and maintain code-first test automation strategies
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
• Manage adoption of cloud and container technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes

4. Requirements:
• 8+ years leading distributed quality engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering
• Experience with NodeJS, Typescript, and Golang
• Proficiency in code-first test automation tools like Playwright, Appium, WebdriverIO
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
• Understanding of observability and logging systems
