About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications that support our business and operational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, operations staff, and stakeholders, to create seamless and innovative digital solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of a dynamic logistics organization, utilizing your full-stack development skills to solve complex challenges. The role initially involves remote work from India, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period, approximately 12 months.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with proficiency in frameworks such as React, Laravel, React Native, and related technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. A solid understanding of databases, version control systems like Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities within operational environments and have a foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle, UI/UX best practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, as well as automated testing and OCR frameworks, will be advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional background is required. Candidates should also be adaptable to working in the Middle East environment and willing to collaborate with onsite depot and yard operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services to support operational and business goals, ensuring adherence to performance standards and best coding practices.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure consistency and quality in design and user experience.
