Product Manager - Growth and Experimentation

Job Description: Remitano is looking for a Product Manager to drive measurable growth through structured experimentation. This role focuses on improving key business metrics by identifying opportunities from user behavior and validating them through fast, hypothesis-driven tests.

The ideal candidate has strong product intuition, understands user needs, and can connect data insights with practical growth actions.

Responsibilities:

Business & Growth Ownership

• Understand how growth happens (acquisition → activation → retention) and identify key drop-offs impacting conversion and revenue.
• Initially focus on optimizing acquisition flows (landing → signup → KYC start) with the primary goal of increasing new active users. In later stages, expand scope to cover activation and retention, driving improvements in first trade conversion and revenue from active users.

Hypothesis & Experimentation

• Turn growth opportunities into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics.
• Design and run structured experiments across acquisition and activation flows (landing pages, onboarding, KYC, payment).

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering and Design to translate hypotheses into focused, outcome-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, or equivalent experience in Growth, Data, or Business Analysis within digital products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, bias for action, and the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives under uncertainty and ambiguity.

• Strong experience analyzing funnels and metrics, with hands-on experience running A/B tests and optimizing flows.
• Ability to write clear, structured PRDs and effectively collaborate with UX/UI and Engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, or fintech is a plus.
