Data Product Manager/Owner

A healthcare company is building a modern, unified data organization consolidating its data landscape into a lean, high-performing team spanning data engineering, product management, and analytics — and we're looking for a Data Product Manager/Owner to help lead the way.

You'll help shape the enterprise data strategy as they move toward a consolidated, modern data stack. That means working across engineering and operations, driving product thinking into how data is built and delivered, and helping stand up the kind of organization that replaces today's sprawl with something intentional and scalable.

Strong Databricks and Azure experience is essential — this is the platform the team is building around. Someone with a healthcare domain background is a major accelerator; as our client operates in primary care and works extensively with health plan data, so fluency in that world means faster time to impact. Beyond the technical, we're looking for someone who thinks like a product owner: able to bridge engineering and business stakeholders, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive outcomes rather than just output.

This is a fully remote contract for 3 months initially, you must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone in the United States. Opportunity for conversion to full time or a long term contract is highly likely.

They'll need someone who's fully authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship / visa (cannot support H1B).
