Mid-Weight UX/UI Product Designer

We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Product Designer who can take ownership of product experiences from idea to delivery. You’ll work closely with founders, product teams and developers to design thoughtful, well-crafted digital products. This role sits at the core of our design team — translating problems into intuitive experiences and polished interfaces. You’ll balance UX thinking, visual design and product understanding across a range of projects.

What you'll do:

Deliver quality UX and UI design for digital products

Turn product ideas into user flows and prototypes

Design clean, polished interfaces

Contribute to design systems and product frameworks

• Present work clearly to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs ship well
• Help refine and improve product experiences over time

What you're packing:

2–5 years experience in product or UX/UI design

A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking

• Expertise in Figma and modern design workflows
• Strong visual design and attention to detail
• Ability to own projects or product area
• Clear communication and presentation skills

Bonus points for:

• SME or product team experience
• Motion design or prototyping skills
• Experience with design systems
• Brand + product crossover work
