Junior Product Owner | £38,000 - £45,600

We're working with a leading global service solutions provider on this exciting opportunity.

Are you ready to transition from technical support or analysis into a strategic product role? We are looking for a motivated individual to help drive the evolution of global customer support and aftersales platforms, including high-traffic Self-Service Portals and complex ticketing ecosystems.

The Role

  • Lead the discovery and documentation of complex business requirements for global service platforms.
  • Bridge the gap between stakeholders and IT teams to prioritize high-impact enhancements and change requests.
  • Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution to ensure seamless platform performance.
  • Drive the implementation and rollout of new system features across international operational teams.
  • Champion continuous improvement by analyzing platform adoption and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk, Application Support, Business Analyst, or QA/UAT environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise CRM systems or advanced Ticketing Software.
  • Practical exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), specifically in requirements gathering or system testing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across IT and Operations.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a world-class customer experience.
