Position Contributions to Work Group:
Collaborating with customers and internal groups regarding existing and new solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Assist in the following Power Platform Activities:
- Creating new database
- Updating existing Power Automates that function off the existing network,
- Updating Power Bi reports
- Maintaining the existing Power App, but reconnecting the new dataset
Typical task breakdown:
Power BI (35%)
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visualizations
- Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, refresh schedules, and security (RLS)
Power Apps (15%)
- Develop and maintain canvas Power Apps to support business processes.
- Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint and other data sources.
- Improve user experience through intuitive app design and automation.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications.

SharePoint (40%)
- Design, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Build SharePoint based solutions that support data collection, collaboration, and reporting.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Maintain documentation and governance standards for SharePoint solutions.
Collaboration & Support (10%)
- Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Ensure solutions follow organizational/company security, governance, and compliance best practices.
