- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a related field, ideally within a high-growth or scaling organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience designing and scaling people systems that support talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Strong background in supporting remote and distributed teams across multiple functions or geographies.
