Senior Manager – Website Strategy & Experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to own and evolve our digital experience across all customer-facing websites. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, UX/UI, technology, and content, driving digital transformation and delivering engaging, high-performing web experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Own website strategy, roadmap, and performance across all web properties
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives including AI, personalization, and analytics
  • Align web experience with business goals and customer journey


Customer Experience & Optimization

  • Design seamless, user-centered digital journeys across websites and landing pages
  • Drive continuous improvement using data, A/B testing, and customer insights
  • Ensure best-in-class UX/UI, accessibility, and performance


Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage UX/UI resources and external development partners
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Product, and Sales
  • Translate business needs into technical and experience solutions


Platform & Content Ownership

  • Oversee CMS, website governance, performance, and scalability
  • Define content strategy, information architecture, and SEO (SEO, AEO, GEO)
  • Ensure brand consistency and conversion optimization across all digital touchpoints


Analytics & Performance

  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Use data to drive decisions and improve engagement, traffic, and conversions


Qualifications

  • 8+ years in digital strategy, website management, or UX/UI leadership
  • Experience with enterprise tools (e.g., AEM, GA4, GTM, Salesforce)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, CRO, and web technologies
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Background in AI, personalization, or digital innovation
