Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for Healthcare AI

Role

• Work directly with the CEO to build the core clinical platform and agents from scratch.
• Extreme independence and ownership of product direction.
• Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior IC who's built products that got real traction or scaled meaningful systems.
• Full-stack depth across backend, databases, security, and ideally infrastructure (AWS is a plus).
• Comfortable deploying LLMs in production: testing, diagnostics, and continuous monitoring.
• Lives to build: side projects, open-source, startups.
