The Opportunity
Blossholm is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the creative team and work directly with the Co-Founder and Head of Digital Growth. You’ll be the person turning our content library into scroll-stopping, high-performing creatives across paid and organic channels.
This isn’t a role where you follow templates or repeat the same formats. We want someone with a strong creative eye who takes ownership of the work — someone who proactively brings ideas, experiments with new formats, and pushes the visual standard of the brand forward. No two ads should look the same, and every piece of content should feel distinctly Blossholm.
We’re at a stage where the brand is being defined visually. The creative decisions made now will set the tone for everything that follows. If you want to shape the look and feel of a premium Scandinavian brand from the ground up, this is that opportunity.
The Role
- Design high-quality static and video creatives for paid advertising and organic social content, and product pages.
- Work through existing content — photography, video, product assets — and transform it into engaging, on-brand creatives
- Edit and produce video content for performance marketing ads and social media
- Collaborate closely with the co-founder and Head of Digital Growth on creative direction and campaign concepts
- Proactively develop new creative concepts and formats — not just execute briefs, but bring your own ideas to the table
- Help bring the wider creative team’s vision to life across all visual touchpoints
- Ensure every creative maintains the premium, design-led aesthetic of the brand
- Stay ahead of visual trends across D2C, interiors, fashion, and lifestyle
- Build and iterate on ad creative based on performance data and feedback from the growth team

About You
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a high-end, design-led creative sensibility
- Proven experience creating performance marketing ads for paid social channels
- Skilled video editor — comfortable cutting and producing short-form video content for ads and social
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar.
- Experience working with a premium or creative brand in fashion, interiors, lifestyle, or similar
- A proactive creative mindset — you don’t wait for briefs, you come with ideas
- Strong understanding of what makes content perform in a paid media environment
- An eye for composition, typography, colour, and detail that sets your work apart
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
