Agile Business Analyst (Remote โ Poland)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join a dynamic, distributed team across Europe. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical delivery, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Support product backlog management, refinement, and prioritisation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery of requirements
- Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, cross-cultural team
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital transformation / product environments
- Exposure to data analysis or SQL
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles
