About Your Role

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of release management, CI/CD automation, and cloud infrastructure, supporting the engineering team by automating deployment processes and maintaining systems that power our platform.

This role requires a detail-oriented, technical problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to manage the release process, automate and improve our CI/CD pipelines, and help ensure our infrastructure and deployment systems enable reliable high-quality releases at scale..

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the software release process, ensuring releases are planned, communicated, and executed smoothly across engineering.
• Automate and enhance our CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability, speed, and developer experience.

• Monitor releases and deployments, identifying and resolving issues that arise during the release process.
• Review and triage bugs raised by QA, working with engineering teams to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS.
• Support infrastructure management using Terraform, helping maintain and update infrastructure as code.
• Document release processes, deployment procedures, and infrastructure workflows to improve team knowledge and reliability.
• Continuously look for opportunities to reduce manual work, improve automation, and strengthen release reliability.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, or release engineering roles. This may include internships, co-op placements, or professional experience.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Basic experience working with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform.
• Experience using Git and modern software development workflows.
