Art Director, Photo Production for Advertising Campaigns

We are looking for an Art Director specialising in photo production for advertising campaigns — specifically someone who has directed people-focused photo shoots to create high-converting promotional creatives. This is a photography-focused role; video and fashion photo production experience ARE NOT required and not the focus of this role.

We are looking for someone with a background in advertising or marketing photo campaigns featuring real people in realistic, relatable settings.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists;

✔️Lead the creative direction for large-scale photo productions that capture the excitement of the iGaming world, ensuring all imagery resonates with a diverse global audience;

✔️Lead the implementation of AI-driven tools into the production workflow to enhance conceptualization, background generation, or asset optimization;

✔️Helping create all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product;

✔️Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed;

✔️Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness;

✔️Quality control, identifying work process improvements;

✔️Be a role model for the team and create a healthy and positive vibe.

✅ Requirements:

✔️Minimum 3+ years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in photo production and advertising visuals;

✔️A proven track record in professional photo/visual production is essential; specifically, we are looking for an Art Director experienced in creating advertising campaigns centered around people-focused scenes;

✔️Oversee the creation of "staged fantasies"—scripting and directing complex, story-driven visual scenes that blend reality with imaginative concepts;

✔️High-End Retouching Oversight: Provide expert direction on retouching to ensure a polished, premium look while maintaining a "realistic" rather than "over-photoshopped" aesthetic;

✔️Expertise in directing human subjects in lifestyle or narrative contexts that avoid "high-fashion" tropes, focusing instead on realistic, relatable, yet cinematic portrayals;

✔️Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of graphic design production;

✔️Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists and graphic designers;

✔️Attention to visual details;

✔️Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;

✔️ Advanced level of English.
