🚀 What is this challenge about:

• Analyze user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to define effective UX solutions.
• Create clear, structured, and user-centered UX concepts aligned with design systems.
• Present design decisions in a structured and understandable way to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and intercultural teams (product, engineering, business).
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements and solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve design standards, processes, and user experience.
• Ensure smooth and effective collaboration in a remote working environment.

🛠 What we are looking for:

• +4 years of experience in UX design projects, ideally in B2B environments.
• Strong ability to analyze user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Experience creating UX concepts aligned with design systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and lead collaborative sessions.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to challenge, advise, and guide teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Living in Portugal (remote role).
• Fluent level of English.
• Open to work as a freelancer.
